The 2023 Tax Season in South Africa opened officially on 7 July for individuals who are both non-provisional taxpayers and provisional taxpayers – as well as for trusts. While much has stayed the same there are several changes this year. These range from new deadlines to revised requirements that taxpayers should take note of.
